I’ve called the Lake Cities area home for more than 20 years, and helping people navigate North Texas real estate has become something I genuinely enjoy.

Over the years, I’ve worked with first-time buyers, growing families, downsizers, investors, and sellers trying to maximize their home’s value in a changing market. I’ve also been heavily involved in home renovation, staging, and property preparation, which gives me a different perspective than many traditional agents.

To me, real estate is not just about getting a deal done. Presentation matters. Communication matters. Strategy matters. And most importantly, people matter.

My approach is simple: honest guidance, realistic expectations, strong marketing, and helping clients make informed decisions without pressure or sales gimmicks.

When I’m not working, you’ll usually find me spending time with family, playing music, working on renovation projects, or enjoying everything the Lake Cities area has to offer.
