Homes I've Helped Buy and Sell in North Texas (2025–2026)

Every home I help buy or sell teaches me something about this market. Here's a look at the homes I've closed since I was licensed in November 2024, so you can see where I work and the kinds of moves I help with. Texas is a non-disclosure state, so I don't publish sale prices here, but I'm happy to walk you through what homes like yours are selling for.

2026

  • Corinth, 3-bed single-family (seller side), October. A fully renovated home near Lake Dallas High School. New windows, a 2025 roof and a redesigned kitchen helped it go under contract in about a month.

  • Mesquite, 4-bed single-family (buyer side), September. First-time buyers using an FHA loan. We negotiated seller-paid closing costs to keep their cash to close low.

  • Mabank, 2-bed lake-area home (buyer side), August. A cash purchase near Cedar Creek Lake.

  • Corinth, off-market purchase (buyer side), spring. I helped a local investor buy a home before it ever hit the market, then listed it after the renovation.

2025

  • Corinth, 3-bed single-family (seller side), November. Another renovated Lake Dallas ISD home that sold above its list price.

  • Fort Worth, 3-bed single-family (buyer side), September.

  • Denton, 3-bed single-family in Bent Creek Estates (buyer side), August. My clients sold their Dallas condo with me first and then bought here, so we lined up both closings back to back.

  • Dallas, 1-bed condo (seller side), August. The sale that set up the Denton purchase above.

  • Avery, 4-bed home on 30 acres (buyer side), August. A VA purchase on acreage in Red River County.

  • Corinth, off-market purchase (buyer side), August. An investor purchase that was renovated and resold in November.

  • Sanger, 3-bed single-family on more than half an acre (buyer side), July.

  • Hurst, 3-bed single-family (seller side), July.

  • Fort Worth, 5-bed new construction in Elizabeth Creek (buyer side), May. A new-build purchase where I represented the buyers with the builder from contract to closing.

  • Waco, 2-bed single-family (seller side), April. An estate-related sale that needed extra title work before closing.

In 2025 I closed about $2.8 million in home sales.

What this means for you

  • I know the Lake Cities best. I've lived here for more than 23 years, and that's where most of my listings are.

  • I'll go where you're going. My buyers have purchased from Waco to Avery, and I'll help you wherever you're headed in North Texas.

  • Sell-then-buy moves are my specialty. If you need to sell one home to buy the next, I'll plan both closings together.

  • First-time buyers, VA, FHA and cash. I've closed them all and can walk you through each one.

Thinking about selling in Corinth, Lake Dallas, Hickory Creek or Shady Shores? I'll show you what buyers are paying right now.
